Privacy policy
Last updated 9 October 2026
This policy covers the La Louve waitlist at lalouveworld.com. It explains what we collect when you join, why, and your rights under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and, where it applies, the EU and UK GDPR.
Who we are
La Louve (lalouveworld.com) is responsible for the personal information described here. For any privacy question or request, email hello@lalouveworld.com.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- Your optional answer to "What gets in the way of your training right now?"
- A record that you agreed to receive emails from us.
Why we use it
To email you about La Louve releases and to ask for your feedback. We only email you because you agreed to it, and we never sell your personal information.
Who processes it for us
Waitlist sign-ups are received through Formspree, a form service based in the United States, and we use an email provider to send our emails. We only use providers that protect personal information to a standard comparable to POPIA. This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you withdraw your consent, or for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@lalouveworld.com and we'll action your request. If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
Security
We use reputable providers with encrypted connections. No method is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Changes
We'll update this policy before La Louve opens for purchase. The date at the top shows the latest version.
